Mobile Application End User License Agreement
This Mobile Application End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a binding agreement between you (“End User” or “you”) and BFN Event GmbH, Uerdinger Str. 420, 47800 Krefeld, Germany (“BFN Event”).
This Agreement governs your use of the mobile application (including all related documentation, the “Application”). It provides a license to use the Application. The terms also apply to any updates, supplements, Internet-based services, and support services for the Application, unless other terms accompany those items on delivery. If so, those terms apply.
By installing and/or using the Application, you are confirming your acceptance of this Agreement. If you are entering into this Agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity and its affiliates to this Agreement.
