Tool zum Verbinden von Shopware und Business Central.
Der Shopware Connector stellt eine Verbindung zwischen Microsoft Dynamics
365 Business Central und Shopware her, welcher dazu dient, die eigenen
Geschäftsprozesse zu optimieren. Durch den Einsatz dessen können beispielsweise
Bestellungen, Kunden- und Produktdaten automatisch zwischen den Systemen
synchronisiert werden. Das bedeutet, dass Änderungen in einem System
automatisch im anderen System aktualisiert werden, ohne dass manuelle Eingriffe
notwendig sind.
Darüber hinaus können weitere Stammdaten, wie z. B. Kategorien, Preise
u.v.m., hoch- oder heruntergeladen werden. Das System ermöglicht außerdem Echtzeit-Updates,
was Änderungen in einem System sofort auf dem anderen sichtbar machen. Insgesamt
wird durch die Verbindung des ERP-Systems und Shopware manuelle Arbeit
abgenommen und bietet eine effiziente und automatisierte Möglichkeit.

Usage
Connection Dashboard
The dashboards show you all downloaded information from shopware. You have different type of data: Base setup, Items and Orders.
Manufactures Setup
For example the manufactures sheet shows you all manufactures in your connected shopware shop. If there is additional information like a description, media or link, these are also shown.
View Transfered Products
If you take a look at the product page, you will see all products published in shopware. Here you have also additional information’s.
Transfer Products
If you want to publish a product from business central to shopware, you can to this in the item card by pressing on Transfer Item.
Settings Mapping
Some settings need a mapping to business central data to correctly process shopware orders. For those settings you’ll find a field BC Mapping. There you put in the systemid by lookup for the setting you want to map.
Import Data
If you want to initial the download process, you can do this in the SW Setup Page by use the action Get All. If you only want to download special types of data, you have several actions to specify the download data.
Process Orders
In the Order List you find all completed shopware orders. Here you have the option to Process this orders to Business Central orders. You can mark them und press “Process”. Additional you can delete them or update them (e.g. payment information’s by payment providers you receive later).
